Motorola acquires online music service Soundbuzz

The acquisition is designed to boost Motorola's efforts in expanding its music service, Moto Music, in Asia, ahead of Nokia's India launch of its mobile multimedia platform, Ovi.
Motorola operates Moto Music in China and is keen to expand within South East Asia, including in India and Australia, Soundbuzz's top selling markets.
